Tammy K. Thorn, PMHNP-BC

During her time as a Family Nurse Practitioner she discovered a passion in mental health services. Now with over 20 years of experience in medical and mental health services, Tammy gets to know each client, creating custom care plans suited to the individual needs of each person. She believes the right medical care can create and sustain positive life change.
